Rocoto Hot Sauce
A thick and flavorful sauce featuring the Rocoto pepper, a Peruvian variety with a distinctive flavor and delayed kick. Undertones of tomatoes and and earthy flavor highlight this medium hot sauce.
Rocoto Hot Sauce
This thick and creamy sauce is made with the and unique Rocoto Pepper, often used in Peruvian dishes. With a hearty tomato base, the flavor comes through like a South American themed arrabbiata sauce. Perfect for coating grilled chicken or vegetables, and pairs wonderfully with Italian food as well. This hot sauce can also be used to make a delicious Rocoto Pepper Hummus. You’ve never had a more versatile sauce!.
The color of this sauce can vary slightly based on the ripeness of the ingredients.

Full of quality and flavor. But since it was not too spicy or salty, I have already finished the bottle in two meals.
Love this stuff, shared it with fam, friends and other people. They all agree, put it on everything except for dessert
I ordered six of these as a Valentines Day gift for my husband as this is one of his favorite hot sauces. They were packaged so nicely and came very quickly. This sauce is delicious on everything from eggs to pasta to chicken. Can't recommend this enough!
We LOVE this hot sauce, it's frequently a "go-to" for adding to recipes and is always on our breakfast table with eggs! Chippporo sauces in general, are all wonderful, full of flavor and heat. However, their shipping and customer service are terrible. Recently, I purchased 3 sauces to send as a gift, and in spite of a correct confirmation, Chipporo sent all the sauces to me instead of my gift recipient. Subsequent calls go to a non-working voicemail box, and emails are never answered. This is the second time i've had this issue with the company, so my advice is, buy these amazing sauces in person, and enjoy!
Rocoto is amazing with literally anything tomato-based. Marinara, tomato soup, pizza, pasta, whatever. Add some rocoto and it’ll make it 100x better.
